Work and family visas, green cards and citizenship.

Build the record your O-1 or green card needs

See where you stand for free. Then Frank helps you fill your gaps with real panels, journals, awards and speaking calls. Some people are ready to file in a year. Some take three years. Frank stays with you either way.

Free evaluation: no account, no card. Frank covers O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-2 NIW.

Example conversation with Frank:

  1. You: I am a researcher. Where do I stand for EB-1A?
  2. Frank: Your published papers look strong. Judging and press about you look thin.
  3. You: What can I do about judging this month?
  4. Frank: Three journals in your field want reviewers. Two applications are ready for you to approve.
  5. You: Send both. I will do the reviews next week.

What you get

Frank does the slow part for you: finding the right panels, journals, awards and press, preparing the applications you approve, and saving every win as proof. Your record keeps growing while you do your real job.

What it actually does

Not a checklist. Help with the work itself.

Building a record takes hours you may not have. Here is the work Frank does for you.

  • Opportunities that fill your gaps

Judging panels, peer review (Pro and up), awards, memberships, journals and calls for speakers. They are sorted by the gap they fill in your record, not by deadline, so your time goes where it counts. Frank indexes more than 3,200 every month.

  • You say yes, Frank applies

Frank prepares and sends each application you approve. It tracks every result and shows your win rate, so you can see if the matches are working.

  • Your whole case in one inbox

The people writing your letters, your exhibits, drafts, deadlines and attorney messages are all in one place. On Pro and Concierge, your evidence is saved as exhibits ready for your attorney from day one.

How it works

From resume to ready to file, in three steps

You stay in control at every step. Frank finds the opportunities, helps with the forms and saves your proof.

01

Upload your resume, see where you stand

Frank reads your resume and documents. For each criterion, you see how strong your evidence is. EB-2 NIW has no criteria list, so for NIW you see EB-2 eligibility and the three parts of the national interest test instead. Weak areas are named clearly, so you know what to work on first. This is information to help you plan, not a legal opinion.

02

Watch your scores go up

Each criterion (or, for NIW, each part of the test) gets a strength score. When you add new evidence, the score goes up. On paid plans, a weekly email tells you what to work on next, so you never have to guess.

03

Apply without the paperwork

Frank shows you opportunities, starting with the ones that help your weakest areas. Frank prepares and sends the applications you approve. When you win one, Frank saves the proof right away. When you are ready, you give your attorney an organized record.

How the work is split

Frank builds the record. Attorneys make the legal case.

Frank does not give legal advice. It does not decide if you qualify, and it does not predict an outcome. It finds opportunities and organizes your evidence. Every petition is drafted, reviewed and filed by licensed attorneys at an independent partner firm. Read the disclosure.

Five stages

Five stages, one platform

Frank works on the first two stages: the years before a petition is worth writing. From stage three, licensed attorneys at an independent partner firm take over. Your record stays on the same platform the whole way, so you do not have to start over at each stage.

  2. Stage 02

  3. Stage 03

    The petition

Strategy, drafting, letters and exhibits. One attorney leads and a second attorney reviews.

    Partner-firm attorneys
  4. Stage 04

    The green card

Adjustment of status (inside the US) or consular processing (abroad), work and travel permits, and cases for your spouse and unmarried children under 21.

    Partner-firm attorneys
  5. Stage 05

    Citizenship

We track the date you can apply for citizenship. Years later, your naturalization application is on the same platform.

Legal work is done under a separate agreement with the partner firm and is priced separately from Frank plans.

Who it’s for

For people with strong work who need the proof to show it

Good evidence looks different in every field. Here is what Frank looks for in yours. Only real evidence that can be checked counts.

Researchers and scientists

Peer reviews you have completed, not just invitations. Papers in professional journals or recognized conference proceedings. Awards with national or international recognition. Citations well above your field’s average can help show an original contribution of major significance.

Engineers

Papers in recognized conference proceedings. Hackathons or technical competitions where you actually judged entries. Technical press about you and your work. Patents others license or use. For O-1A, open-source code with proof of significant impact.

Founders

Startup competition and accelerator panels where you scored entries. Press about you, not only your company. Nationally or internationally recognized industry awards given to you, not your company. If your startup has a distinguished reputation, founding it can help show you had a leading role.

Clinicians

Clinical studies in peer-reviewed journals. Peer reviews you have completed for medical journals. Specialty awards with national or international recognition. For the O-1A and EB-1A membership criterion, a society fellow level may count if recognized national or international experts give it for outstanding achievement. A training fellowship, a license or a membership you pay for does not count there. For EB-2 NIW, a license and professional memberships can help show exceptional ability.

Artists and creators (O-1B)

Lead roles in productions or events with a distinguished reputation, both past and upcoming. Solo shows at well-known events. Reviews in major press. For O-1B, a nomination for a major national award, such as a Grammy, can count.

Ask us about add-on prices. Attorney evaluations are given by licensed attorneys at the partner firm. Legal representation is never part of a Frank plan.

What we don’t sell

Only a record that is really yours

Frank finds real opportunities and helps you apply for them. We do not sell you credentials. We don’t sell awards. We don’t buy you a seat on a panel. We don’t arrange memberships you get just by paying, or journals that accept your paper because you paid. We won’t build a record that isn’t really yours.

This protects you, not just us. USCIS looks closely at evidence. For the O-1A and EB-1 membership criteria, a membership you get just by paying a fee does not count. Paid promotional content generally does not count as press about you. A petition built on fake or bought evidence can be denied. A finding of fraud or misrepresentation can be held against you in every future immigration filing.

Everything Frank charges for is work: matching, drafting help, reaching out to editors and organizers, and organizing your evidence. None of it is evidence for sale.

FAQ

Questions people ask about Frank

Frank covers O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-2 NIW. These are the routes where your own record of achievement matters most. Frank does not cover other visa types.

It depends on your record today. Some people are ready in about a year. Some take three years. No one can promise you a date. Frank shows your scores going up, so you can see progress. Before anything is filed, a partner-firm attorney reviews your record and tells you if they think it is ready. Only USCIS decides if you qualify.
